Radian's mission is to deliver high quality homes and services which support and improve people's lives and the communities in which they live.

Radian was formed on 14^th December 2006 following the creation of a group structure that brought together five established housing associations and a specialist care organisation. 

We are an award winning organisation for resident involvement and place our residents at the centre of all that we do. Together with our residents and local communities, we invest in regeneration and neighbourhood renewal to delivery outstanding choice based living.

Radian brings unmatched experience of building, regenerating and managing sustainable homes and environments and our staffing team of over 1,000 work together to deliver outstanding performance for our customers, and the communities in which they live.

In May 2007 Drum Housing, a partner member, was joint winner with Greenoak and Places for People in the prestigious national Housing Corporation's Gold Award category for Environmental Sustainability and described as a hotbed of innovation™.
