From time to time we have vacancies to join our Board and are looking for people who are willing to use their knowledge, skills and professional expertise to help us run our company.
Being a Board Member is an incredibly important role and a great way to make a significant difference to our business. As a respected and responsible role, it is also a brilliant way to develop new skills, gain more experience and a good way to get involved in supporting your community. Please see our latest vacancies below.
For an informal chat please contact Terry Walker, Head of Governance, on 01730 403037.
Radian's four Area Panels were established in late 2010 to give residents a stronger voice! As well as helping improve services for residents, the Panels are an important voice on many other aspects of local housing and community priorities, including improvements to housing stock, development of new homes and issues of design and adaptability.
The majority of members on each Panel are residents. Their focus is on scrutiny of Radian's local service delivery. As well as monitoring performance, they advise on priorities for action under Radian's 'local offer' and have a 'life improvement' budget to spend locally. Panels recruit independent members, to supplement the skills of the resident members.
Area Panel membership provides an excellent opportunity to develop the skills necessary for Board Membership. For more information contact Georgina Flood on 023 8062 8165.
