We can help you to get your foot on the home ownership ladder if you can't quite afford the full costs of buying a home yourself.  We develop homes across the central south region of England, these being some of the most expensive areas to buy a home in the UK.

All of our schemes, mostly government backed, offer the option to buy outright in the future but there is never any obligation for you to do so. Our newbuild schemes are developed to very high standards, according to our specifications. They will often provide better space standards, storage, design and energy efficiency than is offered by other house builders because we have to meet the very high standards set by the Homes and Communities Agency in order to attract grants.
