Radian manages more than 16,000 homes across the central Southern area of England, of which approximately 75% are available for rent.

Keyworker Homes

If you are a Keyworker, you will find there are some specific properties available to you. To apply for any Keyworker-only home, whether that be to rent or to buy, you must apply to the local HomeBuy Agent for the area you want to live:

Lists confirming Keyworker groups can be found on the above websites. It may also be worth checking with your employer to confirm if you have Keyworker status.
