Working with local authorities, external contractors, developers and house builders Radian manages the development of new homes for affordable rent as well as low cost home ownership.

Market Rent

Radian also has a selection of Market Rent properties that come up from time to time. We may notify you by post or properties may be advertised in the local press.

Market Rent are not subsidised by government grant and are therefore charged a rent at the current market value. Please note that Market Rent properties have a deposit of one months rent, payable in advance.

Market Rent properties will be allocated on a first come first served basis, subject to meeting financial criteria as stated at the time.
