Whilst every effort is made to ensure that repairs are done to your satisfaction and we arrange inspection for a proportion of repair jobs, occasionally things may not go according to plan. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your repair, please let us know by contacting our customer service centre on 0300 123 1567. They will log details and will arrange any action required.
All employees and contractors who complete repairs in your home must keep to a code of conduct to ensure high standards of customer care. Please do also contact us if you have been unhappy with the standard of customer service you have received.
If this still fails to resolve the problem, you should use our formal complaints procedure. Please be assured that making a complaint will not affect your future relationship with us and will help us improve our service.
Please note: To ensure our planned maintenance budget is spent fairly and effectively, please be aware that if repairs are done outside our cyclical maintenance programme we cannot guarantee to match the colour or style of any replacement units or fittings.
