The Government requires us to make sure your home meets a set standard known as the 'Decent Homes Standard'. This covers things like central heating, thermal insulation and the condition of kitchens and bathrooms. For more information contact the Homes & Communities Agency (Homes & Communities Agency website).
We aim to exceed this standard when carrying out planned works to homes. We call it the 'Decent Homes Plus Standard'.
Our planned programme means that replacements take place at pre-set intervals. For example, we replace kitchens every 20 years and fit new central heating boilers every 15 years. We aim to undertake repairs and replace items before they fail - saving money and causing you less inconvenience (and giving you choice when we carry out the works)!
The programme is based on current information regarding the condition of properties and the normal anticipated life of the various components. Please note the years may be subject to change following further surveys.
You can view works planned by looking up your postcode on the programme below. This is in order of postcode. Please scroll through or use the 'find' command to see your postcode.

For more detail or to find out if your home is included in the works scheduled in a postcode area, please contact our Customer Service Centre.
We will contact you in advance of planned works. At this time, we will discuss the timing of the work, design and specification options, and offer you a choice of fixtures, fittings and colour schemes as appropriate.
To ensure our planned maintenance budget is spent fairly and effectively, please be aware that if we do repairs outside our cyclical maintenance programme, we will try but cannot guarantee to match the colour or style of any existing units or fittings.
