Routine Repairs (ProAct)

What is ProAct?

ProAct is a free home inspection scheme that we carry out as part of our drive to improve services and efficiencies. It is like an MOT for your home and we try to carry out a ProAct inspection to every home every five years.

Aims of ProAct

The aim of the scheme is to identify minor repairs that can be completed during a 45 minute inspection as well as identify other repairs that can be batched together and tackled at a later date in a more efficient manner. Our own Radian Services tradesmen undertake the inspection and the minor repairs.

ProAct Inspection

The inspection will include checking general items such as ensuring windows and doors operate correctly and checking that waste pipes are not leaking, All those things that can, if left unattended result in more serious works later on.

ProAct will be launched soon and the areas to be inspected in the first 12 months will be added to the website.
