We want our mission statement - 'Radian - where people flourish' to be true for everyone within Radian and everyone whom Radian touches. We are people-focussed because we are a people business.

Retrofit

Radian is leading the way to deliver the Government's 2050 target of reducing total CO2 emissions by 80% in all homes.

Already recognised as a pioneer within the sector, many of Radian's retrofit projects have been adopted as best practice case studies nationally and regionally.

Retrofit South East project launched

eulogo2October 2009 saw the launch of Retrofit South East, an 18 month project led by Radian Group with partners Camco, Parity Projects & GESB, and part funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) via the South East England Development Agency (SEEDA).

The aim of the project is to develop a model for low carbon retrofit of social housing that will help transform businesses and reduce carbon emissions from existing housing stock across the South East region. A programme of research, dissemination and business assistance on the theme of low carbon refurbishment will also be provided to the building trades, housing professionals, social housing managers and policy makers in the South East.

Exemplar Project Update

There are examples of retrofit excellence right across the south east of England. Find out more.

Retrofit - European Solutions to a Global Problem

Following the successful launch conference for our 'Retrofit South East' project in 2009 when more than 150 delegates gathered to learn from Radian's experience, expertise and future plans, we continue to develop our position as a leading advocate and pioneer of advanced whole house retrofit solutions with our next retrofit conference on May 20th. It will be a chance to re focus! We'll again be leading the debate on how we can make the best use of the available funding and encourage additional resources to accelerate our collective contribution to reduce carbon emissions. See the conference website for full details and to book your place.
