Woolston and Weston Shore Big Lunch

Swaythling Housing Society, part of Radian, is organising a Big Lunch in association with the Eden Project national campaign on Sunday 18th July at Weston Shore from 12pm – 4pm. The Big Lunch is a one-day event happening at various locations across the UK and is an opportunity for people from all different generations and backgrounds to gather and have fun, and share lunch together.

Working in partnership with Raglan Housing Association and Southampton City Council Communities Team, Swaythling is hosting this event at Weston Shore on the green, just next to the Pitch and Putt. There will be lots to see and do, including live music, water activities with Southampton Amateur Rowing Club and football coaching and fun with Eastleigh Football Club. There will be display stands from the Police and Fire Services, the Guides, and others to share information and chat about what they are doing. Hot BBQ food will also be available throughout the day, provided by RKdia.
