The HomeBuy Show held at The Rose Bowl in Southampton attracted well over 400 prospective buyers through the doors, despite the wonderful weather that shone on the South of England. Visitors who were tempted out of the sun, benefitted from free financial and legal advice as well as discovering which schemes they could qualify for.

With concerns over mortgage finance gnawing away at confidence in the UK housing market, many lenders are suggesting that HomeBuy, formerly known as shared ownership, is the safest and most affordable way to get onto the property ladder.
