Windsor's Great Party In The Park
Windsor Housing, part of Radian, is hosting a free summer Party in the Park on Saturday 21st August, in Dedworth Park, Hanover Way, Windsor, next to The Manor Youth Centre and the New Windsor Community Association Centre.From 12pm - 4pm local residents can leap onto the bouncy arena, have a go at inflatable sumo wrestling, as well as enjoying face painting, henna, a caricaturist and organised sports events, all provided for free. Local stalls and refreshments will also be available and there will even be an appearance from Harley Davidson riders displaying their prized bikes.
From 4pm, the focus of attention will be spotlighted on Windsor's own "Residents' Got Talent" showcase. Local bands, singers, DJs, and other performers will be showcasing their talent to the crowds. Any likely spectators, who think that they can do better, will be offered the opportunity to step up to the stage too!
