Care Attendant Scheme
We are a well established domiciliary care organisation which has been providing excellent care and support within the community for more than 22 years. Our Care Attendant Scheme (CAS) provides personal care and support to elderly and disabled people living in their own homes, to enable them to remain as independent as possible. Dignity and choice are at the 'heart' of our service provision.
Our carers provide care into the community with a service that is tailored to the needs of our service users, and which is both flexible and driven by the aims and aspirations of the service users. Our care staff have all been through rigorous vetting procedures before they start work for us and are all CRB checked to an enhanced level. We pride ourselves on well trained, reliable care staff.
We are governed by the requirements of the Care Quality Commission and accredited as a 'provider of domiciliary care'.
The well-being of the person being cared for is at the heart of the CAS philosophy and aims to promote independence, rather than create dependence.
