How do you combine working and looking after your family?

With good family support - but when they are not able to help, the scheme is very understanding and supportive. With the assistance of the care co-ordinators, I can usually juggle my hours to work in the evening. This means that both CAS and myself are happy. I don't lose anything financially and they gain a carer to work in the evenings.
