Garages to rent

Radian own garages in various locations in Hampshire & Berkshire. For administrative purposes they are split into geographic areas - Rother, Solent and Thames. We rent these to both Radian tenants and non-tenants.

In the Rother area we have garages in:
Alton, Liphook, Buriton, Clanfield, East Meon, Froxfield, Froyle, Greatham, Hawkley, Headley, Horndean, Kingsley, Liss, Petersfield, Ropley, Rowlands Castle, Selborne, Steep, Whitehill & Bordon

In the Solent area we have garages in:
Mansbridge, Portswood, Swaythling & West End

In the Thames area we have garages in:
Windsor, Old Windsor, Eton, Eton Wick, Datchet, Horton, Wraysbury, South Ascot, North Ascot, Sunninghill, Sunningdale & Cheapside

When a garage is accepted a £50 refundable deposit needs to be paid upfront as well as one week’s rent for a Radian tenant or 4 weeks’ rent for a non-tenant. Photographic ID will also need to be provided and non-tenants will need to complete a direct debit mandate for ongoing payment.
