Report a repair
If you notice something wrong with your home you can report it to us in various ways. Please make sure you are aware of your repairs responsibilities before reporting a repair (see left hand navigation).
- Online via our website (PLEASE DO NOT USE IF YOUR REPAIR IS AN EMERGENCY - SEE BELOW FOR INSTRUCTIONS)
- Telephone on 0300 123 1 567* (Office hours 9:00-5:00pm Monday-Friday and 9:00-7:00pm Thursday. Please note we are closed between 10:00-12:30pm on the first Wednesday of the month)
- Call in person to our offices during office hours

- You can also report repairs to a Neighbourhood Officer, Surveyor or another member of staff when they call to your home.
We advise you not to report new repairs or other queries to the contractors as they may forget to pass the information on to us.
*Calls will cost no more than a call to 01 and 02 numbers and are included in any discount and free call packages.
When can your repair take place?
We can offer the following time slots for repairs:
- 8:00 to 4:00pm, or
- 8:00 to noon, or
- Noon to 4:00pm, or
- The school run - 9.30 to 2.30pm

Emergency repairs can be reported on 0300 123 1567 during office hours.
If you have an emergency outside of the office hours above, please ring 0800 783 8937 to contact our emergency repairs service.
