Focus and working groupsYou'll be invited to a meeting along with other residents to give your views on a specific area of our housing service such as your grounds maintenance service.
News team - magazines/websiteThe News Teams decide content for the website and your magazine. The level of commitment is up to you and your news stories and photos are all welcome.
Resident estate inspectorsYou'll be monitoring the way repairs are reported and making sure that communal repairs are carried out to agreed standards.
Resident auditorYou'll monitor services, collect data and actively report on how well our services are doing. We'll train you and get you ready to audit!
Mystery shoppers/phone detectiveEver wanted to be a detective? You'll make telephone calls or mystery shops to check our knowledge and customer service. You'll be given training before testing us.
Resident interviewersWe want to make sure the best staff are recruited to provide you with an award winning service. You can sit on interview panels and ask questions.
Anti social behavior groupHelp us get active against crime and join the ASB continuous improvement group.
Sheltered groupIf you live in sheltered accommodation you can help by joining the forum and meet other residents to talk to us on how we can help improve things.
Disability groupThe forum meets to talk about housing and community issues affecting our disabled residents and their families. We'd work together to resolve these issues.
Diversity groupThe group meets to consider and discuss the needs of our residents particularly with focus on our black and ethnic minority customers.
Leaseholders groupAs a leaseholder, you'll get chance to share your views on the services you receive. You can find out more about managing agents, service charge calculations, major works programmes and more...
LGBT groupThe lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender group focuses on raising awareness, breaking down barriers and supporting LGBT residents by making sure Radian is inclusive.
Residents associations & groupsA great way for you to get together with neighbours to talk about your local area. We can help you set up a group and small grants and support is available.
Area PanelsA driving force of our structure, you'll have a real voice in influencing the way we work! Panels have a broad remit including monitoring performance and managing budget.
