We need your help to make a real difference to the services you and the people who live in your neighbourhood receive. You may be put off because you think you’ll have to give up too much time or you may not have the knowledge to get involved. We understand this so we’ve come up with ways that you can influence services that (hopefully!) suit you - and you don’t have to give up lots of time. There will always be someone to support you!
From mystery shopper and surveys to texting and inspecting, we need your help in letting us know how happy or unhappy you are with the services you receive as a tenant, leaseholder and homeowner. You can make a real difference to shaping services for your neighbourhood.
