We need to take a 'firm but fair' approach if you fall behind with your rent. We must, and will, recover any money owed to us but we will also take account of your specific needs and situation, offering appropriate support where circumstances are affecting your ability to pay. Ultimately, we do not want to repossess properties or evict our tenants, and we will do all that we can to make sure that this is a last resort.
We have a dedicated team in place to help and advise you on any aspect of managing your rent account. They are also here to offer any help they can so that you don't need to get into difficulties if an unexpected event occurs which may mean you could end up in arrears.
