Paying your rent

Paying your rent is very important to us as your rent pays for the services we provide to you. There are several payment options available:

  • Online via Paypoint.net (quick and easy via a secure server) Click here to pay online through our website 
  • Direct Debit
  • Standing Order
  • Housing Benefit
  • Debit/Credit Card
  • Swipe cards - Co-op
  • Bank Giro Credit
  • In person at our main offices
  • Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to 'Radian' with your name and address printed on the back. Please allow three working days for the payment to reach us.
  • Please do not send cash through the post.

Information required for Internet Banking

Step 1
When using your online bank account, please use your tenancy reference number without any spaces as your payer reference. Payments without your tenancy reference number may not reach your rent account. Our Customer Service Centre (Tel. 0300 123 1567) will let you know your tenancy reference number if you do not have it handy.

Next enter the following details for our paying-in account:
