Making a comment, compliment or registering a complaint
Your comments are important to us. If you are unhappy with a service we provide, we want to know so we can put things right. If you have a suggestion on how we can improve a service or want to tell us about something we've done well, we would appreciate hearing from you. Please do get in touch with us.
Speaking to someone in person
If you want to speak to someone in person first, contact our Customer Services team on 0300 123 1 567 or other staff that you have contact with. Every effort will be made to resolve the complaint immediately by the member of staff you speak to first rather than having to progress through the more formal complaints process.
