We provide over 1,000 high quality, good value homes with a friendly community atmosphere and a high level of service through our dedicated team.  Our schemes are designed for independent living with the added security of being fitted with alarm pull cords which are monitored 24 hours a day seven days a week. Most of our sheltered housing schemes also have a designated scheme manager and benefit from shared communal facilities such as lounge, guest room, kitchen and laundry.
