The Customer Charter is based on the things that you have told us are important, and outlines the service you can expect from us. The Charter contains ‘local offers’ which are special priorities that you have said are important for your local area.
We need your help in letting us know what is important to you, what we’re doing right, what we’re doing wrong and what we can do to make our service better and more helpful. If you do not think we are meeting these commitments then please do let us know. We’d also appreciate hearing from you if you have a suggestion to improve our service or make it more helpful for our customers.
