The audit aims to do a number of things. It will:
The audit will take approximately 30 minutes of your time and during this period we will ask for documentation that confirms who you are. We will also ask you a few questions like who lives at the property, how you rate our service and whether there is anything we can help you with. At our visit we will look at the property to check whether there any repairs or estate issues.
We have a rolling programme of tenancy audits and it will take five years to audit all tenancies. If you are a new tenant, an audit will take place automatically when you receive your tenancy agreement.
