Meet our Benefits team! The team can give advice at our offices, by phone or in your home. If you would like advice and are not sure which team member to speak to please give us a call on 0300 123 1567 and our customer service centre be happy to refer you to a Benefits team member!

Rachel Robertson

Rachel can offer advice and information on all types of benefits and tax credits. She has over 20 years of experience in this field and has worked for Citizens Advice Bureaux, the Probation Service and two housing organisations.

Kiernan Easton

Kiernan also offers advice and information on all types of benefits and tax credits. With 15 years experience in this field, he previously worked for a local authority processing housing benefit claims and for Social Services providing benefits advice to care service users.  Kiernan is based at our Petersfield office. Malcolm Watts

Malcolm spent 12 years as a Benefits Officer and Benefits Appeals Officer for various local authorities, and before joining Radian was a Benefits Officer with Guildford Borough Council.

Stevie Ranger

Stevie can offer advice and information on all types of benefits and tax credits.  She worked for Southampton City Council’s Benefits Office for nine years. She also worked as a Welfare Benefits Outreach Worker at the Southampton Citizens Advice Bureau for 11 years.

Maria Jimaotero - Mortgage Rescue

Maria offers advice on all types of benefits and tax credits, including providing advice to our Mortgage Rescue customers.  Maria has worked in the support and benefit field for 15 years within housing associations throughout the south. She also has debt management experience.

Kerry has worked in housing and support services for nine years, working for various housing associations across the area. She spent five years working in homeless specific services and volunteered at Fareham Citizen’s Advice Bureau.
