Working with local authorities, external contractors, developers and house builders Radian manages the development of new homes for affordable rent as well as low cost home ownership.

Windsor Housing Register

If you live in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (RBWM) or if you work permanently in the Borough you may be able to join their Common Housing Register. For more information and an application form please visit www.rbwm.gov.uk/web/housing_register.htm.

Radian's Windsor Housing List

If you do not have a connection with RBWM you may still apply directly to us. Please note however that because of our nomination agreement with RBWM and due to demand for accommodation, very few properties are allocated to those on Radian's housing list.

You can apply by completing and returning the RBWM's application form (found on the link above). Your current housing circumstances will be assessed and your application will be added to the register in date order. Should we get a vacancy that we can allocate through our own list, we will contact you directly.
