The Thames Panel

area_panels_heartAs well as helping improve services you receive, the Thames Area Panel is an important voice on many aspects of local housing and community priorities, including improvements to housing stock, development of new homes and issues of design and adaptability. The majority of members on each Panel are residents. Their focus is on scrutiny of Radian's local service delivery.

Panel Priorities, Local Offers & Service Commitments

Our Customer Charter document includes service commitments, 'local offers' and priorities for the Panel over the next year. Please click here to view the Customer Charter. This document includes a number of specific priorities the Panel are focusing on (outlined below).

  • Thames aims to improve communication with customers and create a special section of the website for promoting their events and getting customer feedback.
  • Thames want to improve satisfaction with the repairs service so that it is as good as the top 25% of similar housing organisations.
  • Thames has recognised that residents are concerned about noise nuisance. To help tackle it, the Panel will get funding to set up a service to monitor the problem.
