Our Survey said! Help us with a short survey

From time to time we'll send you a survey to ask you what you think of our housing service.  You can receive surveys by post, text, web, telephone or we can visit you at home.

Any suggestions please? Bright ideas!

Contact us to let us know how we can improve a service you receive. Or perhaps you have a new idea of something that we can put in place.

Fancy a stroll with a goal? Estate Walkabouts

We'd like you to join us on a walkabout in your area and show us what you're not happy with. Here you and your neighbours can point out issues and get to know your Neighbourhood Officer better. Together we walk around the local area and agree how to resolve any problems or tackle issues such as litter and graffiti. Feedback will be sent to you and your neighbours in a newsletter so you can check that we've done what we agreed.

magnifProofreaders wanted! Resident checkers

Are you the person who picks up the newspaper or a magazine and shakes your head every time you see a sentence that doesn't make sense? Our resident checkers check our documents to make sure they are easy to understand before we send them out to lots of people.
