How to supply us

An introduction

As a registered provider we are bound by the European Union (EU) Procurement Regulations.  We conduct all our procurement activities in a fair and open manner.

We maintain a list of approved contractors but to ensure fair and open competition our requirements for supplies and services valued in excess of £50,000 are subject to a competitive tendering exercise. Those between £20,000 and £50,000 are subject to formal quotations. Tenders are required for works over £100,000.

For each project we seek to achieve value for money. We do this by evaluating both price and quality. Opportunities to bid for work may be advertised in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) or under ‘Current Opportunities’ on the Radian website. Verbal or speculative expressions of interest will not be considered.
