How to supply us

With a turnover in excess of £100m, we manage around 18,000 homes in the south of England and support nearly 500 people with individual needs. We are a diverse and vibrant social business, with a strong sense of commercial reality.

As a registered provider(RP), Radian is required to comply with the Public Contracts Regulations 2006, which embody the requirements of the EU procurement regulations. Any requirements falling within the scope of the regulations will be advertised in the Official Journal of the European Union. We conduct all our procurement activities in a fair and transparent manner.

Our requirements are categorised as follows:

Supplies and services between £20,000 and £50,000 - formal quotations
In excess of £50,000 - formal tenders
Works over £100,000 - formal tenders

Opportunities to bid for work on large contracts are let competitively through advertisements in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) or under ‘Current Opportunities’ on the Radian website.

Approved contractors and subcontractors

Radian maintains a list of Approved Contractor and Consultant List (ACCL). All contractors and consultants who work in or around Radian properties must be approved before they will be permitted to commence work. Only those firms who have successfully completed a procurement process will be invited to apply for inclusion on the approved contractors list. Verbal or speculative expressions of interest will not be considered.
