Residents are involved in the running of Radian in many ways. Our Boards and Committees include members who are residents. Alongside this, in 2010 we set up new resident-led Area Panels to ensure that residents (our customers) are at the heart of everything we do. The Panels' primary purpose is to help improve services for all residents, with a focus on local services, but they also provide an important voice on many other aspects of local housing and community priorities.
The Area Panels nominate the members of our Residents Council, which provides a Group-wide voice for residents and advice to Radian's senior managers and to the Group Combined Board.
