The total membership of the Radian Group Combined Board is 12, one of whom is the Chief Executive of Radian Group.

The Board of Radian Support Ltd continues to meet separately. It has a membership of eight (one vacancy as at January 2012). Its Chair and one other member are also members of the Combined Board.

In total therefore there are 17 non-executive Board members involved in Radian Group at the present time.
