EST has training programmes in all 4 Radian areas and offer a CV writing service. The training covers a whole range of skills, accredited and non-accredited courses such as:

Employer's ToolkitThe EST team have created a booklet called the 'Employer's Toolkit: A Guide to Work Placements and Apprenticeships' which details our approach to engaging trainees on work placements.

EST is open to all Radian residents and is completely free of charge so whether you need help finding work, training, an apprenticeship or voluntary opportunity, EST can help you get ahead of the rest!photo of the EST Team

    EST also sources and supports work experience placements for residents both internal and external to Radian. Radian has partnered Prime Work programme provider A4e and sub-prime Wheatsheaf Trust, and as a result, has set up a number of work programme placements within the group. These placements are for long-term unemployed people and last for a six month period.

Once involved in the project you may find you would benefit from the aid of a volunteer; someone signposted to offer 1:1 support in pursuit of making positive changes. EST can match you with a local volunteer who can support you as much or as little as necessary. We treat everyone individually so that the service fully benefits YOU and your personal goals.

Some of the people we support need our help 24 hours a day. Others just need our support for a couple of hours a week. This means that we have full and part-time roles and shifts and patterns of work can suit you if you want flexibility too.

Improving LGB services
