In this section of the website, you will be able to find out about remortgaging, selling your home, transferring of ownership and answers to other questions you may have.
As the outright owner of your property, you are solely responsible for arranging buildings insurance and ensuring any service charges applicable are paid. You are also fully responsible for any repairs to your property.
