Kipling Court has 30 self contained apartments and a private garden for residents. The scheme is situated within 5 minutes walk of a number of local amenities including local shops, newsagents, and public houses.
Apartments are linked by an intercom system via a pull cord in each room. As the intercom is linked to the scheme manager when on duty or a supporting control centre after hours, there is always someone available to offer support in an emergency 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Apartments have central heating, and hot water and heating costs are included within the service charge.
