Welcome to Radian's internet payment page. From here you can make secure card payments to your rent account or settle an invoice that we have sent you.

Please complete the following sections accurately. The tenancy agreement number defines the rent account that your payment will be made to, and can be found on your rent statement or tenancy agreement. Although mistakes can be rectified later by Radian and its partner organisations, it is your responsibility to ensure that the tenancy agreement or invoice number number is correct.

You may be interested in our Allocation of Payments Procedure - this procedure sets out the priority of where payments from tenants are to be allocated. We sometimes receive payments from tenants who have more than one debt (e.g. garage arrears, rechargeable repairs, rent arrears, court costs etc) and they may make one payment towards these debts. This outlines the priority we allocate the payments.
