Duncan Price

Duncan is a Director at Camco. He has fifteen years’ experience of working with leading clients to deliver successful policies, strategies and projects across a wide range of sectors including commercial property, social housing, public sector and finance. His has a particular expertise in combining technical, financial and delivery considerations to establish commercial agreements and secure investment into low carbon projects.

Notable commissions include the £4bn Stratford City and Wembley City developments in London, a £100m EIB solar investment programme with the Housing Finance Corporation and appointment as technical due diligence advisor to Co-op Bank in support of project finance transactions for large scale PV projects. He has a strong track record in energy efficiency and decentralised energy including CHP, district heating, wind, PV and biomass.

His leading expertise in the field of low carbon refurbishment includes solar PV retrofit programmes for Peabody Trust and Guinness Partnership, low carbon refurbishment exemplar projects for Radian and Affinity Sutton and development of an affordable housing finance guide to achieve deep emission cuts in the existing stock.   

Duncan is a Chartered Engineer, a member of the Royal Institute for British Architects’ Sustainable Futures Committee and sits on the steering group of the Existing Homes Alliance and the National Housing Federation and Private Rented Sector Green Deal Working Groups. He managed the Pay as You Save Task Group for the UK Green Building Council.
