I worked for 7 years as an Architectural Technician before going to Coventry Polytechnic where I obtained a first class B.Sc Degree in Building Management.

I then worked for about 10 years as a site engineer and manager for National and large local building contractors on a variety of commercial and industrial projects.

Moved into social housing with Portsmouth City Council in 2001 as a Planned Maintenance Surveyor and joined Drum as a Project Surveyor in 2004.

Currently working as the Group Stock Option Surveyor and have supervised the Reema refurbishment for the past 2 years.

This was a 'must attend' FREE event for anyone involved in the housing or construction sector be it in: planning, regulation, policy, financing, maintenance, refurbishment or managing housing stock.
