Change to 'Radian' Managing Agent

When we formed the Radian Group, our goal was to work together more efficiently so that we could spend more money on improving services for you, our customer. We have already made many savings but, because we have six different organisations in Radian, we can make even more savings by making things simpler.

We now think it makes sense to have all of our staff working for one organisation. To keep it simple, we're going to call this 'Radian'. From 1st January 2011 Radian will be the 'managing agent' for all homes owned by Radian group members. On a day-to-day basis, you shouldn't notice any changes because most staff members who currently provide you with housing services will be working for Radian, so you will see the same familiar faces.

Please click here for our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document which should answer any questions you have.

If there is anything else you want to ask, please either phone us on 0300 1231 567 or email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Please note that Radian Direct will be closed between 24th December and 4th January. We would be grateful if customers with queries about the change in managing agent could ring back after 6th January, this will allow us to give priority to phone calls about repairs after the festive break.

Radian’s rapid response

Radian, a leading supplier of housing and care in the South East, is proud to maintain the highest level of support, despite the challenges of the recent snow and icy roads. Radian staff have continued to help residents, however unusual these requests have been.

Radian Direct, the customer service centre of Radian, received a call this morning from Mr Richardson of Monks Way, Mansbridge. Mr Richardson is experiencing significant mobility problems using crutches, and with snow right up to his front door, he faced a huge challenge in getting out to the local shops. Having run out of food and milk, and worried about his wife who is suffering from cancer, Mr Richardson called Radian Direct and Darren Smith from Radian Services was sent round promptly to find out what help they needed.

Mr Richardson said: "I didn't know who to turn to. Within just thirty minutes someone was at the door and he did our shopping for us. I am truly grateful for what they did". Sheila Starr, Head of Customer Services at Radian, confirmed: "these are difficult times for all of our residents, and our staff are trying to go the extra mile to alleviate the problems of those residents requiring extra support".
