Gary Orr
Group Chief Executive

Gary has worked in the housing industry for over 22 years. Formally CEO of the ALMO Homes in Sedgemoor, he has also held senior executive positions within regional and national housing organisations. Gary was Chief Executive of Yarlington Housing Group for seven years prior to joining Radian as Chief Executive in 2018. Gary is Vice-Chair of the NHF SW and a former non-executive Board Member at Clanmil Housing Association, where he started his career in the housing sector.

Caroline Moore
Chief Financial Officer / Deputy Chief Executive

Caroline is Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive of the new organisation. Caroline joined Yarlington from PricewaterhouseCoopers where she specialised in providing consultancy and audit services to the housing sector in the south west and nationally. Caroline was appointed to the Yarlington Board as a Board Member in April 2015. She is also a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Yeovil District Hospital, and Chair of their Audit Committee.

Andy Skarzynski
Executive Director Strategy, Business Intel and HR

Andy’s responsibilities within the new organisation are to build firm foundations for success, integration and culture. Prior to this role, Andy was the Executive Director of People, Information and Culture at Yarlington. Andy’s background includes significant experience in marketing, communications, ecommerce and change management gained across a range of businesses and sectors. He has worked in both the commercial and not-for-profit sectors, including senior roles with Age UK, The Financial Times and most recently, Mole Valley Farmers.

Stephen Lodge
Executive Director Development and Strategic Asset Management

Stephen is responsible for leading the property directorate of the business to ensure the growth of good quality new homes, spanning all tenures, across the region. He is responsible for asset management, including landlord compliance, and leads the sales and home ownership team. Stephen has worked in the housing sector for 25 years, initially as a volunteer in direct access homeless hostels before pursuing a career in housing management and more latterly, development and asset management. He has worked in local government and the housing association and voluntary sectors, both regionally and nationally.

Sam Leigh
Chief Operating Officer

Sam has over 30 years of experience in customer experience, previously holding Executive positions at Jardine Lloyd Thompson and Barclays Bank. Sam’s career spans across onshore and offshore customer operations, leading significant organisational change and transformation programmes that drive large scale improvements in customer experience, business performance and regulatory requirements. In her previous role at Yarlington, Sam was responsible for all areas of service delivery across the organisations’ customers and communities, as well as the commercial growth and expansion of services to new customer segments. Sam will be responsible for implementing a new target operating model and transformation programme, ensuring the organisation delivers great services and opportunities for our customers.

Ralph Facey
Executive Director Strategic Partnerships & Projects

Ralph joined Radian in January 2005 and has over 25 years’ housing management experience gained in a range of different organisations. In Birmingham, Ralph coordinated preparations for the transfer of the City Castle Vale estate to a Housing Action Trust and oversaw the formal transfer. After three years spent as Housing Services Manager at Southampton City Council, Ralph became Chief Housing Officer at Gosport and led the service through a period of successful and significant change.

In January 2005 Ralph took over responsibility for The Swaythling Housing Society Limited’s preparations for the July 2005 Audit Commission inspection, which resulted in a good service and excellent prospects for improvement judgement. Ralph is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. He was appointed as Group Director of Housing and Customer Services in December 2009 and became Director of Partnerships & Projects in June 2018.

Anne Wildeman
Interim Executive Director of HR & Organisational Development

Anne joined Radian in January 2019 as Interim Corporate Services Director. Anne previously worked as Executive Director of People and Change at Sovereign Housing. Prior to this she was Executive Director of Business Services at the Spectrum Group. She has 22 years’ experience as a Group Executive Director, with particular specialisation in strategic management and implementing large scale transformational change programmes. She has held two non-executive director posts and sat on the IOW LGPS Pensions Board. She holds a postgraduate advanced professional diploma in Leadership and Strategic Planning from Leeds Metropolitan University and is a Corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. She is also qualified business coach (ILM Level 5).
