Learn while you work…

As a result of the success of the Employment Support and Training Team’s Apprenticeship programme, Radian is growing the number of opportunities available across the organisation. Apprenticeships are an exciting option for anyone interested in learning while they work and are a fantastic way to gain job-specific skills and qualifications with the support of experienced staff.

As an apprentice you’ll be paid the national minimum wage whilst enjoying holiday entitlement and other perks of being an employee.  You’ll also be allocated time during your working week for your study, which will be related to your role. Apprenticeships are available to anyone over the age of 16, living in England and can be found advertised on the Radian vacancies board.  Different entry requirements will apply depending on the role and apprenticeship level.
