Having supported over 2000 residents with their training needs, our team has developed excellent partnerships with local colleges and training providers and have an extensive knowledge of the huge variety of courses out there. Current Training Courses

Adult Social Care

16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 22nd, 23rd and 24th July 2019
10am to 2.30pm
This seven-day course will provide you with valuable skills and relevant qualifications for employment within the adult health and social care industry. You’ll have the chance to achieve a Level 1 Extended Award in Adult Social Care and will cover the principals, values and safeguarding within adult social care as well as dementia and mental health.

Digital Confidence

Includes; Retail knowledge, Health and Safety, Food Safety
Elligibility: 16+, Must have ID, unemployed and claiming benefits. No previous experience in retail necessary.

Level 1 Award in Retail (in partnership with Lidl)

Monday 10th June – Friday 14th June, 9.00am – 5.00pm, Southampton
Monday 8th July – Friday 12th July, 9.00am – 5.00pm, Portsmouth
Includes; Customer service, business, health and safety, selling, stock replenishment and teamwork. Guaranteed interview for a permanent role at a variety of Lidl Retail stores in the Southampton and Portsmouth areas on successful completion of the course.

Security Industry Skills

Monday 1st July – Friday 12th July
9am to 3.30pm
This course will help you study for a qualification in Door Supervision and is suitable for those wishing to work at pubs, festivals and shopping centres as security guards or CCTV operative.

Level 1 Award in Warehousing (in partnership with Lidl)

Monday 24th June – Friday 5th July, 9.00am – 5.00pm, Southampton
Includes; The course aims to build confidence in the workplace and personal development skills.  Includes; picking and packing, goods in and recycling. Guaranteed interview for a permanent role at the Lidl Regional Distribution Centre in Nursling (across a range of shift patterns) on successful completion of the course.
