We provide a range of specialist housing solutions and support services for older people offering early intervention so that people can stay in their home of choice for as long as possible, taking an active part in their community.

Helping you to live independently in your own home is important to us. Adaptations can improve the quality of your life if you are disabled or frail.

If we normally provide a repair service to your home, we can help by installing adaptations for you and members of your family who live with you. We can fund and carry out adaptations up to the value of £1,500 per household where these are needed or advise on whether you may be eligible for grant funding if your adaptations exceed this amount.
