Customer consultation – tell us what changes you want to see

In November 2019, Radian and Yarlington came together as one organisation.

As we explore what this new organisation will look like, we think it’s important that your voice is front and centre of the decision-making process and that you have the opportunity to share your ideas and opinions with us.

We are inviting you to take part in two consultations, one on our proposed Customer Charter, the other on our new organisation’s priorities. This is your chance to tell us what is important to you.

A Customer Charter is a list of pledges that set out the level of service and experience you, as a customer, can expect from us, from the values we live by to our commitment to great services. We have a proposed list of 13 pledges which we think cover all key areas of our business but it’s important that you feel that the Charter is clear, fair and includes everything you expect from us as a landlord and service provider.

As well as the Charter, we want you to tell us what your priorities are for the new organisation, whether that’s building more homes or investing in more employment and training. Your answers will help shape the direction of the new organisation and make sure that we deliver great services and opportunities that meet your needs.

To take part, all you have to do is follow one of the links below and answer a very short set of questions by Friday 7 February 2020. It shouldn’t take more than ten minutes to complete.
