Homes England have awarded Radian Group the contract to deliver the Help to Buy Agency for the South of England, formally taking over the East, South East and South West areas from BPHA and Sovereign Living. Sovereign worked in partnership with Westward Housing to manage Help to Buy South West. The contract includes the administration of the high-profile Help to Buy: Equity Loan scheme and the promotion of affordable housing options such as shared ownership and discounted rental schemes.

The new contract will see Radian Group, one of the largest housing providers in the south of England, deliver Help to Buy in the South of England. The new contract will include the following areas: Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Bristol, Bath & Somerset & Mendip, Hampshire & Isle of Wight, Berkshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Essex, Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Surrey and Buckinghamshire.
The Help to Buy teams, which include Help to Buy Customer Service Care, Help to Buy Agency and Help to Buy Programmes, will all welcome new colleagues, giving opportunities to more people beginning careers in the housing sector.
