Helping you do more online

We are starting to introduce more digital services so that you can do more online.

Since we launched our new look self-service customer portal My Radian in October 2018, nearly 4,000 customers have registered to use the BETA version of this online service.

The latest My Radian is more user-friendly, easier to navigate and has the same modern look and feel as our website You can also access it from any device (tablet, mobile phone, desktop or laptop).

From March 2019, we will start adding more features to My Radian. Right now, once you’ve registered for the portal, you can view your details and statements, make payments and set up direct debits. You can also view, print and download your digital gas certificate as we start to make them available online.

Coming next, we will make it easier for you to ask for support from our Employment, Support and Training team (EST) so you can do this using a simple online form. We want to ensure we can respond to reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB) as efficiently as we can, so we’ll offer an intelligent, online form report for customers to report ASB. Prospective customers will soon be able to complete a digital pre-tenancy assessment form in My Radian to help simplify the application process and help them move in more quickly.

We’re looking forward to offering you new ways to do more online with Radian and are keen to get lots more feedback from you as we go; we want to make sure these services work for our customers. Look out for updates on new features and improvements.
