Radian Direct call volumes

We are currently experiencing high call volumes through our contact centre, which may last for some time.

Following lockdown, we have been unable to complete many thousands of repairs, but since 1 July Radian is now accepting reports of new repairs following the easing of lockdown restrictions, with a view to completing them throughout the coming months. The majority of these reports should now be made via our all-new My Radian portal, providing they are not critical emergencies which should continue to be reported by telephone.

My Radian will also allow you to book repairs in due course, when we are able to complete them. Once reported, you will receive a text message when the repair is available for booking.
