A director at Radian Group has been recognised as one of the UK’s top 25 Customer Experience professionals of 2019.
Sarah Sargent, our Director of Customer Experience, has been ranked as a ‘CX Star’ in Customer Experience Magazine’s Top 25 CX Professionals of 2019. Sarah was independently recognised by a panel of researchers for her extensive achievements, industry activity and influence within the UK CX sphere. Commenting on her recognition, Sarah said:
“I’m delighted to be recognised as one of the top 25 customer experience professionals in the UK and to receive this acknowledgement among such talented peers. I find it very rewarding to embed strong customer cultures within organisations that really engage with and listen to customers. It’s an important personal value for me to develop experiences that really make a difference to the lives of customers.”
Sarah became the first Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) in Yorkshire in 2018 and has carved a successful career over the past 25 years in both customer service and CX leadership across Financial Services and Telecommunications sectors. She joined Radian Group in November 2019 and has already begun reinvigorating our customer experience approach with a new long-term strategic plan.
