Carol Bode, Chair of Radian Group has announced that Lindsay Todd will be stepping down as Chief Executive of Radian Group as of 31st August 2017.
She said “The Board is thankful to Lindsay for his 17 years of service and leadership; he has steered the organisation through a period of immense growth and change, including a successful three-way merger, creating an organisation six times larger than when he joined and set against a backdrop of constantly shifting sector landscapes. We are grateful to him for all he has accomplished during his time at Radian.
“The Board has been interviewing potential candidates and can now confirm Mick Sweeney as interim CEO. Mick will be joining Radian in August for a period of approximately 9 to 12 months.”
Lindsay Todd commented: “It has been a great privilege to have led Radian over the past 17 years. I have had the pleasure of working with some of the best people in the sector and I wish them all the very best success in the future. Radian is embarking on a period of organisational transformation, so it is the right time for me to leave the business and hand over the leadership to Mick Sweeney.”
Mick Sweeney, interim CEO of Radian Group added: “Radian is a thriving and exciting organisation with real ambition for transformative growth. The work delivered by the outstanding teams adds real value to our society and communities. The chance to lead this group of passionate and talented individuals through this new chapter is a challenge I relish. I am committed to working closely with Carol Bode and the Board to continue to grow Radian's impact over the coming year and help them find the new CEO in due course.”
