Radian's EST team recently stepped out of the office to offer their handy painting skills to help revamp Home-Start WeyWater's new charity premises in Bordon.
Radian's EST team offer free support and mentoring to residents who are looking to gain employment or are in need of additional training.
Home-Start dedicate their time to supporting parents and families who may be finding it difficult to cope. The EST team were delighted to help decorate their new premises to get them settled as quickly as possible, so they can get started with making a difference to people's lives.
After searching high and low for paint donations, Jan Waterman from Radian's EST was extremely grateful to Justin Bonner from Brewers in Farlington, who kindly donated the resources needed to paint Home-Start's new home.
Home-Start said "We would never have got it done so quickly and it truly has made it so much easier for us to move premises." They added "You were all complete superstars. Thank you to the whole team."
Home-Start also received a generous donation of £1,000 from Radian's Resident Panel Community Fund, which will help them furnish and provide IT equipment for their new premises.
Home-Start WeyWater cover Alton, Bordon, Liphook and surrounding villages with a team of trained, committed volunteers who offer support and understand how hard it can be with young children.
